Heartland Boy has been a loyal user of Shopback right from the start and even wrote an article trumpeting the merits of Shopback. Since that blog post, Shopback has brought on so many merchants that provide tremendous value. As a result, Shopback has become an even better cashback shopping website in Singapore. Heartlad Boy would like to share about the new merchants that he is especially fond of. For instance, the folks behind Shopback have obviously been working hard to persuade popular merchants such as Grab, UberEats and Eatigo to join the online shopping platform. By securing more and more merchants, Heartland Boy realized that Shopback is making itself more irresistible and indispensable to his everyday life. It eventually became a habit such that Heartland Boy now makes Shopback his first port of call before making any online shopping purchase. By bringing new merchants on board regularly, Shopback has truly transformed into an everyday app that gives Heartland Boy fantastic cashback.
Fantastic Cashback From Dining
When Shopback brought Eatigo on board, Heartland Boy was thrilled. It was a sweet marriage of 2 of his favourite online applications. Besides enjoying hefty discounts of up to 50% off his restaurant bills by reserving through Eatigo, Heartland Boy now also gets paid by Shopback to dine out! That is quite a delectable deal.

Cashback upsized to a fantastic $3.50 for Eatigo on Shopback
The standard cashback offered by Shopback for Eatigo is $2 but it periodically gets upsized to a bonus $3.50 for special occasions. To encourage existing Shopback users to try Eatigo for the first time, Shopback even offered a very generous $5 cashback promotion back in April. To qualify for the cashback, please make sure that you use the desktop version of Shopback before proceeding to make your reservation via Eatigo. Note that cashback is not applicable on the Shopback mobile app. Heartland Boy gets a small referral fee if you use my referral code “eati784g” to sign up for Eatigo.
Here is a good Yakitori restaurant that Heartland Boy discovered by chance via Eatigo. Yakitori Hibiki Lounge prices its sake shabu-shabu and yakitori platter at $70 and $40 respectively. However, if you reserve via Eatigo and manage to snag the 50% discount, the prices are reduced to a very reasonable $35 and $20 respectively. Honestly, 10 different types of yakitori sticks for $20 is a bargain! And Heartland Boy can assure you that you are definitely not getting Tori-Q quality even though the prices are comparable after the discount.

Very happy with the 50% discount on Yakitori Hibiki Lounge booked via Eatigo on Shopback
Fantastic Cashback From Travelling
Before March 2017, Heartland Boy could only select Uber from Shopback. However, the price difference between Uber and Grab from airport to home could possibly range from $1-5. Therefore, when the price for Grab was cheaper, Heartland Boy would forgo the cashback from Shopback and order Grab directly instead. However, Shopback managed to entice Grab to join its platform in March 2017.

Both popular ride hailing apps are on Shopback!
Users can now earn cashback of $0.20 for both Uber and Grab rides ordered via Shopback. Here is a print screen of the amazing cashback accumulated by Heartland Boy from these ride hailing apps. Furthermore, Heartland Boy sees the cashback as a little attempt to reduce the credit card fees associated with an Uber transaction.

Heartland Boy is really a hardcore user of Shopback to book his Grabs and Uber rides
In addition, Shopback’s cashback redemption system for Uber has improved to become more convenient. It is now fully automated instead of the manual system adopted in the past. To celebrate Uber’s one-year anniversary on Shopback, Shopback users can key in “SB3POOL2” to enjoy $3 off a UberPOOL ride from 19th to 25th June. From 26th to 30th June, the discount code changes to “SB3POOL3” instead. Users simply need to key in the promotion code under “Payment” before booking their rides. More details of the campaign can be found here.
Holiday And Get Fantastic Cashback
The other nifty trick that Heartland uses is to book his holiday plans via Shopback. Very excitedly, Heartland Boy and Heartland Girl are travelling to United States this winter. It will be their first time stepping foot into that continent and they are super excited about it. Specifically, they will be going to San Fransisco, Los Angeles, Vegas and Vancouver. If you have some travel tips for these places, kindly share them!

Expedia offers 0.5% cashback for flights booking on Shopback
